1. A “zone” consists of one (1) furnace and one (1) air conditioner.
2. Unused maintenance calls cannot be rolled over into the next season.
3. Not included in “Maintenance parts” – heat exchanger, compressor, coils, blower motor, condenser fan motor, and TXV.
4. Service and maintenance calls are performed during normal business hours (8am-4pm, M-F). Additional charges may apply for after-hour calls.
