1. A “zone” consists of (1) air conditioner and (1) furnace.
2. Unused maintenance calls cannot be rolled over to the following season.
3. Not included in “Maintenance parts:” heat exchanger, compressor, coils, blower motor, condenser fan motor, and TXV.
4. Maintenance and service calls performed during normal business hours (M-F, 8am-4pm). Additional charges will apply for after-hour calls.
